Highland-Clarksburg Hospital (HCHI) is a private, non-profit hospital that is dedicated to providing the best care for persons with mental disorders. It has established an integrated system of high quality behavioral health services, including mental health treatment services for children, adolescents,’ adults and forensic patients. HCHI is relatively new as a psychiatric facility that began taking patients in August 2013. It was formerly the site of United Hospital Center, primarily a medical hospital, whose location is within the heart of the mountain state of West Virginia. Highland-Clarksburg Hospital continues to grow and expand clinical programs and community initiatives every year.
